my son Jasim bought a breville coffee machine a little more than 3 years ago from a reputed internet site called Noon. last week the machine didn't work and i contacted the agent in Dubai.

he told me the name has changed to Sage but the products are the same. i was told by the agent that they can not check it because we didn't buy it from the agent. i said to them you are the only qualified service center for these kind of machines and I am willing to pay for the service but still i was denied. instead of being mad, I decided to buy a new and more expensive machine from Sage because i believe in the product.

I just don't understand the logic why wouldn't such company representative honor its products. it doesn't matter i guess where the product is bought from. what matter is i bought it from Sage.

i hope something can be done from your side to assist me. thank you,

Sage Appliances refuse to supply spare parts. They have offered to sell me a replacement appliance at a price far higher than my original purchase price.

Sage glass kettle developed a crack in the lid. Tried to buy a spare (lid) for it from them.

They refused to sell me one but did offer to sell me a replacement at more than double the original price...and wait for it...this included 30% discount.

Nice looking products while they work but don't expect any customer service backup when they go wrong. Would never buy a Sage product again!B
