This company is ripping Canadians off. It is not a real company.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. They do not have the product, they will not ship your order, they will not refund you. We placed an order almost a month ago, and still have not received it. Talking to "Customer service" is useless.
They will not REFUND Your money even if they don't have the product and they haven't shipped it.
They have a "no refund" policy which is ILLEGAL when you aren't shipping orders.
The Better Business Bureau has an alert out about them, and I highly recommend filing a complaint with the Competition Bureau of Canada which we will be doing as well.
It is obviously going out of business or has already gone out of business and is just trying to get funds from anywhere.
Small claims court is next, class action after that. Keep your receipts!

this company has delayed my order for 3 weeks . when i called in to verify why it was not sent,the mouthy daughter got mad at me and yelled and swore. (after i asked for her manager, she stated "my dad owns this place, i am the manager) she told me to *** then hung up on me.
they had a flood and i was told it was my issue i did not read the home page of the web site. i only order 1 product and it is in my cart. i dont have time, nore i dont need to read the main page!
they need to deal with their issues better.
i called back to cancel my order and the mother started on me just like the daughter did. then she called me a *** lol
then they charge me a 20% cancel fee. lol

I've purchased from Saffire Blue several times in the past and have recently had 2 awful customer service encounters (on different occasions). Both times, they did not apologize for their mistakes, showed absolutely NO empathy for the issues they created for my business, were unprofessional and insincere.
Their "ticketing system" means that their customer service department must reach out to you in order to address your concern. Their follow up is pathetic and there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. They do not answer the telephone when you try to get an answer. When I pushed them for a way for them to make up for their screw ups, they said, simply use the coupon code SAFFIRESORRY for 5% off the next purchase.
Yeah right. That's assuming I want to purchase from them again. Which is a definite NO. A company that lacks basic customer service skills should not be in this business.
I will be spreading the word avidly as well, in hopes to prevent others from going through the painstaking experience of dealing with Saffire Blue. Two words fellow makers: STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst customer service experience of my life. I want to warn people, that this site isn't worth buying from.
Saffire Blue has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. An item I ordered was back-ordered, but was in stock when I ordered it, it was supposed to be shipped to when they came back into stock.
It never was, I was just issued a refund and told that if I want my backordered item I must purchase it through the site and pay shipping (even though, it was supposed to be sent to me free of shipping since it was backordered, and not my fault). I did receive a 5% off coupon, and apparently that is supposed to make up for the horrible experience? They made no effort to resolve the issue I had, just kept stating their policies over and over again. No matter what you say, they keep repeating the same few sentences over and over again.
I should have listened to all the bad reviews I read online, but I apparently had to make my own mistakes.
Don't follow in my footsteps!! Don't buy from them, you will just get ripped off!
