This is nothing other than a money making scheme for the owners and those who are enabling this to continue.
It is all about who has the most money to throw at it as to who will get an award or who is a friend and who is not. The organisers should be ashamed of themselves for using surgeons and clinics to extort money from to hand out fake award, all for their own gain as they certainly are not protecting patients..
