They took payment never sent a confirmation and I have not received my glasses

Disorganized and Dishonest

I ordered two pairs of Ray Ban glasses from Glasses USA for $394. They have a 365 day warranty on defects in workmanship.

They didn't fill my prescription out properly and they refused to honor their warranty at first. Finally they agreed to refund my money to my credit card. I sent the glasses back and they received them on May 31 2020. They claim that they refunded $267.45 back to my credit card on June 1 2020.

Nothing has been refunded to my credit card as of June 12 2020.

I want the full refund of $394. They are disorganized and very difficult to deal with.
