They have an employee that lies and they dont take the time to check the actual home, even with proof provided. Contracted by ADT. Do not trust either company.
They drilled *** from inside a closet to all the way outside and in another spot in the closet all the way through to my bedroom, missing an electrical outlet by 1/2 ". He kneed through our attic and denied doing it.
The company would not even come look at the actual proof even though they saw pictures.

Good customer service
Customer service was responsive to my concern and did their best to resolve my issue with the technician.
Phone connection never happened
4-months doorbell non-functional. Tech has been out 4-5 times.
When installed tech left not working & he was aware.
I have tried numerous times to Cx & u keep sending techs.Im 72 yrs & require medication delivery/grocery delivery.? I cannot this any longer.

Originally I was pleased the tech did well in tempting my interest to purchase products, but I have yet to have continuous use or connection to Wi-Fi since installing With no proper internet connection & the amount of Mbps needed for all the cameras & security devices to operate I wasn't told about this.

Was told in writing that I would get discounted on my Spectrum internet to $22 a month. Never happened.
They use government assistance to try to get a discount. I make too much money. Told them if they could not give me the promised reduced rate to come pick up their hardware as I am not interested. Lied to again, being told they are still working on getting me the discount.
Nothing has happened, and I put a hold on my credit card to stop payment. They sent me to collections.
Getting a lawyer to sue them for fraud. This company is a scam, just trying to lock you into a contract to take your money.

Control panel froze up when I tried to update internet service
Very good help in reset my device . Very polite and helpful information to resolve my issue . I would recommend using the help desk for any questions and concerns you may have
Fraud charges
I have been trying to resolve and contact ADT/safe streets for over five months. It is the worst customer service ever.
They charge me $800 to monitor my carbon monoxide and smoke alarm. This was not true as I spoke with Teri Hucks who is with the complaint department this is a service that was not even available. I have been jumping through fire, hoops, and getting no responses from this terrible company.
I have contacted my credit card company and I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The hole is still in the wall

I've waiting a refund from this company since January. I turn them in to the BBB twice there respond was they issue me a check on April 14 2021 gave a check number to the BBB.
I haven't seen a check yet. I going to my TV Station next.
I'm elderly and I want my 99.00 that was taken from me and no service was installed. I have someone else
