An appalling stay
- - I was not informed of keep safe facilities.
- - I had to share two rooms with rowdy guests.
- - One person claiming to be staff was not staff.
I was very surprised to get nowhere at every attempt with my request.I was aware beforehand as to the strength of the company.Although i had no expectations as to be getting the same treatment from Wales
I was not informed of the keep safe facilities.I had to share 2 different rooms with rowdy customers.The coffee's i brought did't have enough room for milk & 1 staff member turned out to not being a staff member
