Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Need new windshield after less than a week of new one being installed
Company resolved the issue.
We went through SafePro Auto Glass a few months ago. At first I was not pleased with how a situation was handled.
Im here today to say that the owner Rex personally called me last week because he had read my review and was concerned about how upset I was. I explained to him the situation and he handled it extremely professional and was so kind to me. Thats really all I wanted was someone to understand why I was upset.
I couldnt be more happy and appreciative how he made a situation right and took care of our daughters damaged glass. Thank you Rex and to your team.

Very Poor Customer Service and Lack of Follow-Up Once Windshield was Installed
On Wednesday, November 21st SafePro replaced the windshield on my 2014 Lexus 350. I was so busy packing for a Thanksgiving trip that I did not bother standing over the servicemen while they completed the job. I simply made sure that they had access to my car, and then went back inside to finish packing. The serviceman told me that the job would take about 15 minutes.
The installation process was done by about 4:00 p.m. I did not bother to inspect anything because I was so focused on packing. I looked at the windshield from the outside, and it looked fine enough. I took the instructions regarding what I should do for the next 48 hours, and signed the work order. I then locked up my car and went to finish packing. I did not get back into my car until 7:00 p.m. that night, and that was only to take it to store it in a garage for parking while I was away on a trip until Monday, November 26th.
When I got in my car I noticed that their was quite a bit of dirt and oil that was left on my car's cream interior- specifically in the spots that were used as leverage when installing my windshield. It was quite filthy. The dirty areas were spots that could not have possibly been missed by the installer.
Coincidentally at 1:37 p.m. on Monday, November 26th I received a text from a Kathey at SafePro inquiring about the service. I responded to the text with the details regarding how filthy that my car's interior was left following the installation. Kathey explained that she had sent an email with my response attached so that a manager could give me a call. She then provided me with a phone number, 602-889-****, and my work order number, 579****, and explained that if I needed anything that I should just call the number. Since I had not yet heard anything back from a manager by Tuesday morning, November 27th, I decided to call the number.
At 7:30 a.m. I spoke with a representative at SafePro, explained my situation once again, and was told that the manager that I needed to speak with, (I believe that her name is Dana), would not arrive in the office until 9:00 a.m., but that my message was being left for her, and I was assured a call back.
I also submitted an email through the company website that provided pictures of the content. I have had several unsuccessful attempts to load those photos here. In my email I stated that the glare in the pictures may not accurately depict the dirt, due to the glare of my phone's camera. I have offered to allow an inspection of my vehicle in order to assess the validity of my complaint.
Today is now Friday, November 30th, and I still have not gotten that call back.
I feel as though it is pretty poor customer service. I have explained my issue to two representatives within their company, and I still have not gotten a call back to address the issue, nor has anyone issued an apology. But there was no problem with the servicemen contacting me in order to get my business, or schedule the services.
I have had my windshield replaced in other vehicles before and I have never experienced such inattention to detail, and such poor customer service, once the deal has been closed.

I am the Owner of SafePro Auto Glass. I have balanced my life with God, Family, giving our Customers a "Legendary" Service Experience and Giving Back to the Community.
Currently, I am the President of the Arizona Glass Association, which I helped found in 2001. The Arizona Glass Association is the voice of all independent Auto Glass Wholesalers and Shops in the State of Arizona. I was elected to the A.A.G.A. Board of Directors in 2001.
Over the last Two Decades, I've been a Board Member, Chairman of the Arizona Legislative Committee, a Lobbyist for the A.A.G.A. and I .am the Current President. The A.A.G.A. has successfully passed, significant legislation that got signed into law by Governor.
We have opposed all legislation that has been harmful to the Citizens of Arizona and the Auto Glass Industry. Recently (within the last year) many Insurance Companies Lobbied and Hired Lawyers to Convenience and Lobby the Arizona State Legislators. The Lobbyists and Lawyers were hired to Repeal, change and kill the Law that Requires All, of the Insurance Companies to "Offer" Glass Coverage. They are Mandated by Law to "Offer" every Person that has Comprehensive Insurance Coverage, the OPTION to Purchase their Zero Deductible Auto Glass Coverage.
Arizona Law in Revised Statute 20-264 states: Automobile insurance; damaged safety equipment deductible optional; definition: A. Any insurer writing private passenger automobile insurance which includes comprehensive coverage for motor vehicle damage shall provide at the option of the insured, complete coverage for the repair or replacement of all damaged safety equipment without regard to any deductible.
B. As used in this section, "safety equipment" means the glass used in the windshield, doors and windows and the glass, plastic or other material used in the lights of a motor vehicle.

SafePro Has Done 3, Rock Chip Repairs, on My Windshield For 100% FREE!!!
I started to write a review on Google which had 157 reviews for 4.85 Stars***** or Yelp with 218 reviews with 4.95 Stars***** and I saw that SafePro had 4.35 Stars**** on Pissed Consumer so I thought I would write a review here...
When SafePro Auto Glass replaced my windshield about 15 months ago GREAT!! Then Kirk sais that SafePro had just started their "FREE CHIP REPAIRS FOR LIFE" program. And my State Farm Agent just said that because I drive over 80 miles a day on Arizona's rock infested freeway system and I had too many replacements over the last 3 years!?!
So that is exactly what I've done! SafePro Actually has driven out to my house once and my office twice. 100% Free Chip Repairs, no tricks, no gimmicks, no BS, Just Great Service, Great People, a Great Company,

Verified Reviewer |Safe Pro Is the best auto glass company I have ever used...
Unfortunately, customer service has seemed to slowly fall down the list of priorities and I often find myself experiencing the "quantity over quality" mentality that many businesses are implementing. Thankfully SafePro operates by a different set of standards and it's evident.
I know there are many choices for auto glass and it can be overwhelming but if you have any reservations about calling this company, you should not. If you read the 100+ reviews, there is a theme, great customer service, and quality work!! I had the pleasure of working with Kirk, and from the very beginning of the call, I felt valued, even before I was a customer. Often times, I find myself procrastinating to make these types of service calls due to experiences I've had in the past with impolite, unpleasant individuals on the other end.
I've spent much of my life in customer service and Kirk executes every facet of a great customer experience you could imagine. He was friendly, polite, upbeat and most of all, he made a typically time-consuming unpleasant process, quick and enjoyable. He provided one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. He made it very apparent that he loved what he did, which is a great indication of the company as a whole.
It's a simple process: Treat your employees well, they will treat the customers well and everyone will be happy. There is a reason Safepro has been in business as long as it has, they do things the right way. This company sets the Gold Standard for how a business should operate.
It was my first time utilizing their services and it will not be my last. Thank you, Kirk, for all of your help, Safepro is lucky to have you!

Safepro Auto Glass - Car Part Replacement Review
I was looking online where I could leave a Review on SafePro Auto Glass and I saw the "Pissed Consumer" review site and read the 1 poor review on this site! Well I'm here to tell you that I got GREAT, OUTSTANDING, AWESOME SERVICE from SafePro.
I'm never gonna use any other auto glass company!!! Their installer said he does 25 windshield replacements a week and he said they have around 40 guys installing glass for SafePro. If they're doing 20 each that's 800 windshields a week!!!! Over 41,0000 a year.
1 bad review???
Look at Their hundreds of great reviews. Thanks SafePro keep up the work.
