We are SO GRATEFUL for the cell phone program. We havebeen with this same company for about 13 or so years. In all that time, I only experienced minor problems that thie company always resolved. Their phone quit working.Called service and they said they would send me a phone with 10 working days. Never got phone. Called back and phone wasn't shipped because some *** forgot to check a box. Also, you can keep your same number when they send you a phone. They are a rip off i waited over 3months still havent recieve my phone or any kind of paper work stating its on the way. When i call they said it's in transit for the pass two months. Now i go n check on the progress and they cancelled my contract before i could even recieve a phone RIP OFF they just collected my information n ran with it
