Im searching for similar victims of safelease for imput on their denied claim.

My storage unit was broken into in Aug 2024 I do not know the exact date that happened the facility claims there is no footage when clearly my unit was broken into the lock cut off and another lock placed on the unit. Safe lease has fought me , lied to me, IGNORED me, for months of me contacting them via email,text and phone calls and my claim is still not submitted.

Safelease is saying my 7$ insurance payment was late on the date of the robbery and I have no claim. I have had this storage unit almost two years someone robbed me and ALOT of stuff worth more than there 2,000$ insurance total for insured property.

IM SICK SICK SICK OVER this years of hand me down family jewlery and then some Jewlery that can never be replaced. TV

My unit was broken into sometime between the middle of September 2024 and the beginning of Nov 2024. Our facility has the Noke unit that allows us to access the unit via an app.

I have been paying for this insurance through the storage place since I signed the lease in Jan 2024. The facility has no other type of security in place because Noke claims they are un-hackable.

They are denying my claim because I have no damage to the outside of the unit. To me this is fraud, they are accepting money for a service they have no plans of honoring and creating excuses as to why they are denying.
