In December $29.97 was debited from my account 3 different times. I did not authorize this. I have contacted this company several times and have been assured every time that the money will be refund which it never has. I have spoken to several people including the owner of this company who assured me he would take care of it right away. It never happened. Now I have been calling every day for 2 weeks leaving messages as my calls are no longer answered by the company but their answering service to which I have left over 15 messages for the owner marked urgent to which none have been returned. I am contacting the better business bureau by Monday next week if this is not resolved immediately. Sincerely Aleisha Ackerman

Unautorized removal of funds from my debit card.
On December 15th $ 29.97 dollars was taken from my debit account. I did not authorize this transaction. This is very upsetting - especially for retired persons. This fiasco is a grave concern to me. I feel it is paramount that this situation be corrected immediately to prevent any further, perhaps of a huge amount, devistating loss of funds. Your agent Cindy informed on 12-21-12 me that this will be corrected within 24 hours. I an hopeful that this will be resolved in a timley maner.
