Safe Guard Dental Ins - Customer Service

Customer Service! Is completely awful. The plan is good - but when calling and asking a question customer service is very, very poor. I have tried for weeks and on all occasions it just gets WORST!

Should be illegal - what a rip off

when i bought my 2012 car - the finance company required me to have gap insurance to cover the difference between the potential vehicle loss - what geico would not cover - safeguard would. - well the car was totaled and geico would only pay about 60 percent of the loan balance and this took me 6 months to get them to do - then it took me more and more fighting with safeguard to pay their obligation and the best i got was 6 hundred dollars - that did not even cover the cost to me for having the policy - what a rip off - they took forever - kept loosing my police report and other documents - mixed me up with another policy holder - left me hold the bag for thousands of dollars of gap that i am still paying on two years later - save your money - this company in my opinion is shady at best - how can they be so dishonest and legally steal peoples money - dont use them

Screw the consumer company

My car was destroyed on 03/29/2019 and my insurance company ( Allstate ) paid there part of my loan off on 04/ 06/2019 but Safeguard ( Gap ) has not paid one dime and it is now 06/11/2019. This company has an excuse for everything. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. I call and call and get no return call. This company sucks. William Noah

Gap insurance

I just recently had a total loss om a ttucj i purchased through auto nation. Being that ive been told that gap is so important and works in these unfortunate events. Well its been over a month and while my insurance has already paid out there part gap still has not. Ive called multiple times and it seems like every time i speak with someone i get a different answer. This gap experience has not been easy and while i am still dealing with the trauma of the accisent i have to deal with the horrible experience from the company i purchased the truck from this gap company and the financers. This is such a joke

There needs to be class action suit against these people just taking people's money and not paying out the claims. I was left on the hook for 15,000.

Am having the same problem with the car I got from BMW they want the money but don't want to pay car total 3 months ago and still trying to get them pay every time call back we need this or that

Not honoring full gap payoff on 2018 chevy equinox

Well I filed a gap claim they they paid about 40 percent on my claim on a 2018 Chevy Equinox. Im a sales Manager for a GM dealership and we sell their products if that doesn't put a bad taste in you're mouth. They gave me some song and dance story cmon that's why people buy Gap! I would not recommend safeguard at all unless this is taken care of. I need to speak to someone higher up Im going to pass this on to my attorney who is handling my accident case.I would not recommend safeguard not happy with this for as long as it took! They aren't there to pay off the whole car dude. They pay what your full coverage doesnt.

I think he knows that he probably meaning they didn't not pay the rest of the balance of the insurance did not covered. That why we buy gap. To pay for the gap that was not paid for from the insurance.

Problems with payment

Door Sensor Replacement Review

RUN from this company. Cannot get anyone out to replace door sensor thus no alarm. This has been going on for two months Everytime I call they give same line that they're working in it. You also can't just talk to anybody. When you call you have have your request go through sales person who's never there. Tried canceling contract. Said I had to send email, which I did, notification. of cancelation, AND talk to sales rep who is never there. Left multiple messages. Finally received form letter in mail saying they won't cancel. Bottom line, no alarm and paying monthly on 5 year contract which can be enforced if you move or die. Total scam.
