Do not choose Safe Guard Home Security

My security system stopped working. I asked their customer service if i was going to be compensated for the days it didnt work, they said no because its my responsibility to call them for monthly for system checks. They make you sign a contract and they leaves all of the system responsibility on the customer. It also took them too long to come fix it. They still offered no compensation.
