Bait & Switch along with stolen belongings!
- - Quote doubled after FaceTime assessment.
- - Delivery damaged or missing items.

After some thought, it occurred to us that Safebound used the video they did to quote our move as a way to decide what items we had that they planned to steal! After all, they were the only ones who handled our possessions and how do you just “lose” expensive items? Our stuff didn’t just fall off their truck!!
When they delivered our goods, a lot of expensive possessions were either damaged beyond repair or were completely missing. They had control over how our things were moved so they must have thieves for employees!! This is the most dishonest company we have ever encountered!
They never found our lost items and we have waited months for their insurance company to reimburse us for our loss but made sure to tell us we would be lucky to receive very little since the loss is based on pounds and not actual value of our loss! Stay away from this corrupt company!!

when you call ...you have to file millions of papers and proof before
