Never received product
Ordered a tactical duty belt that never showed up. I did in fact pay for the insurance with the purchase of the duty belt which includes a variety of reasons for coverage.
I initiated the process which took a while and they ended up sending me an affidavit to sign stating the reasoning is factual and I am truthful in my statement. Signed no problem and received the receipt of the docusign. No response from them since. I ordered the belt in December 2024 and signed the affidavit on 1/6/25.
Today is 2/28/25 and its been radio silence on their end. Ive called multiple times with no answer with only an option to leave a voicemail which never get returned. Ive sent them multiple emails which also go unanswered. They whacked me $19 for standard shipping and $5 for the insurance.
All in all with the belt being on sale, Im out $151 for an item I never received and an insurance that clearly didnt cover anything. Terrible business practice. I enjoy the carrier I have from them, but $151 for a duty belt that never came?
Dont waste your time with this company. Thats a *** of a way to show their support for Law Enforcement.

Never received my order
placed my order for their complete package for $999. according to their website all items were in stock.
after 6 weeks with no product and no message from them i contacted customer service. was told they were busy and not able to fill my order yet.
waited another 2 weeks and again contacted them only to be told basically the same thing. I cancelled my order the following day and went to Atomic Defense and received a comparable product in a week.

Vest unoperative and I am not assisted due to and order # not found
I purchase safelife carrier it seems to be not attaching correctly I was informed that they would send me another due to warranty being the order is not found I haven't received it.
I have not received my refund
I canceled an order for safelife defense. And it has been 3 weeks.
I still have not received my refund.
Safelife defense said they sent it back to you guys but you have not sent it to me. How can I resolve this ?

I work there and this does not surprise me. I wonder what people think about their ability to observe berry compliancy. Just a meandering thought, not a statement.
