Horrible Customer Service

When I received the product and the hardware to assemble it was missing. I called the customer service line on the instructions only to speak with Arlene who told me in a snotty tone of voice that "we have a contract with Amazon so you have to take it up with them; they handle refunds or replacements." I told her that I already spoke with Amazon who offered a return for a refund or replacement and that all I wanted was the hardware, to which she replied, "that's Amazon's problem." I called Amazon customer service and was able to resolve the problem with their assistance, but when I explained my experience to Amazon, the service rep pointed out that while Amazon was committed to making things right (which it did) the manufacturer was responsible for the warranty. Repeated phone calls to Christina, Arlene's supervisor went unanswered. Don't buy from them, tell your family not to buy from them, tell your friends not to buy from them, and tell strangers not to buy from them.
