Incorrect Installation on A/C Unit!
On Monday, March 18th, Safari Home Services (Adam and Sean) improperly installed an A/C unit. Specifically, they left big holes in the walls and the thermostat is falling off the wall. In addition, Andrew was scheduled to return on Friday (3/22) to correct the MAJOR issues, however, his appointment was canceled by Stephanie (Office Manager).
