My daughter and I were at a performance of 42nd Street last night, 22nd June, for her birthday.

During the first half of the show a woman 3 rows in front was constantly using her phone, there were no staff within the auditorium to monitor this problem.

I spoke with a manager in the interval and a staff member was placed in the auditorium for the second half.

Too little, too late.

Our enjoyment of the show was spoiled by a problem that your staff should have been able to nip in the bud immediately.

This was our first experience of Sadlers Wells, possibly our last. I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter.
