Don't order from them. They have no contact # and wouldn't answer my email voicing my concern and disappointment with their product.

I ordered a saddle box in Dec., 2025 as a gift for my Granddaughter for Christmas. She had asked for one for months.

After researching the company and looking at pictures posted of the contents of the boxes and reading the reviews I ordered one.
Total disappointment when my Granddaughter opened it. It included a huge plush toy for a dog that took up half the box, a tiny face wipe for a horse, a very tiny pack of gumdrops, a little pack of peppermints for a horse, a sticker, and a tiny pack of very loose stuff to sprinkle as a treat. The "free" lead rope that was included for ordering in December was the only decent and usable Dohorse item in the box.
I emailed them and included my phone number.

I didn't get a response from them at all.
I won't order from them again. It was not only a disappointment and waste of money but, awful because it ruined a little girls Christmas.

Charged without permission
