- - Towels scarce; washer/dryer broken; unauthorized people roamed; a man in a red bandanna tried to enter during a shower; gas leak shut restaurant.
The hotel did not have towels and informed us a few times that the washer and dryer were broken. One of the days they only had the towels you lay outside of the shower on the floor or hand towels to use.
There are homeless camps across the street from the hotel and many random people (drug users/homeless) on the property able to walk around that did not have rooms booked.
One of the 12-year-old girls on our team had a man with a red bandanna trying to break into the room while she was in the shower. The hotel did nothing, us as parents had to confront the person. NO SECURITY PRESENT unless to tell the kids to get out of the pool.
Gas leak while we were there which caused the restaurant on the property to be shut down. Very unpleasant experience.
