Do not hire Michael Yon, Sacred Pools
We had major issues with Michael Yon (Sacred Pools) including:
1. Started job 9-10 months late
2.
Did not respond to phone calls or texts
3. Pool plaster stained as soon as water placed
4. Pool coping around edge of pool severely stained before he finished
5. Fire pit stained
6.
Control box did not control heater
7. Leaking pipes near pump.
8.
He promised to come back and fix, but then told me he moved from NC to FL and would not be coming back.
9. Not ethical or professional
We are having to hire someone to fix what he did.

On 9 March 2022, we entered into a contract with Michael Dean Yon (aka: Michael Dean), The Sacred Pool, LLC, to install a plunge pool. The contract clearly identified the start and completion date.
The pool was to be installed and operational by 31 August 2022. Michael Yon received an initial payment ($9996.00) and a manufacturing payment ($19,992.00), which he required prior to manufacturing the pool. The contract stipulated that Michael Yon would obtain all permits and in the event the permits were not obtained, we reserved the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund. Despite our willingness to extend the delivery date to early November, Michael Yon, the Sacred Pools LLC
, failed to meet any and all delivery dates.
Michael Yon never obtained the necessary permits, but refused to return our deposits when we elected to terminate the contract.
Michael Yon currently believes he does not have a contractual obligation to refund our money. Michael Yon can't be trusted to meet his obligations, he distorts the truth to avoid completing the terms of his contract, he exaggerates his skills, he attempts to evade regulatory approvals and taxes, and he blames his failure to deliver or perform work on local municipal/ county government representatives and POA Architectural Board Members.

Did they do anything ? Dig *** whatever ? Nothing at all ?
We paid Sacred Pools LLC ( Michael Yon, aka Michael Dean Yon or Michael Dean) $30,000.00 to perform this task and have received nothing in exchange. We received inaccurate drawings that our ARB found confusing since there was no way to access the pool. Sacred Pools LLC (Michael Yon) never obtained a permit, never broke ground, never installed a concrete pad, and never delivered a pool.
Nothing at all.
