They increase rent every year but make no improvements to the building. The elevator is always down, and the supposedly new laundry machine breaks down in the middle of cycles leaving clothes drenched in water.
It happened to me 3x and ruined my clothes. The least they could do was refund me the money i put in the laundry machine, but no, the management does not care about its tenants Also, no matter how clean you keep your apartment, you will have roach issues especially during the summer
