WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

his is for 57 Sip ave Jersey City 07306. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They increase rent every year but make no improvements to the building. The elevator is always down, and the supposedly new laundry machine breaks down in the middle of cycles leaving clothes drenched in water. It happened to me 3x and ruined my clothes. The least they could do was refund me the money i put in the laundry machine, but no, the management does not care about its tenants Also, no matter how clean you keep your apartment, you will have roach issues especially during the summer

Ongoing issues (water coming thru ceilings and walls). The in house staff are rude and ignorant. Downtown Asbury office ignores and or placates complaints. Would never reside in a Sackman owned building again.
