Disgusting food and service
- - The tacos weren't good.
- - I was told at Pineville-Matthews I couldn't get a refund, and Carlos argued before issuing a refund.
I order a couple of things tonight and out of everything the tacos werent good. I called the Pineville-Matthews locations and was told that I couldnt receive a refund.
The manager Carlos argued with me for about 6 mins about not giving me my refund. He finally gave me my refund but the way he went about it was all bad

I found a long hair on my taco in the middle of the plate
I had hair in my food at the Hawthorne location. The girl just said sorry. They do not wear hair nets when they are dealing with food.

Waste of time and money. My experience here was nothing like my experience at the Noda location.
My shredded chicken was dark. All my food was salty. Grease was dipping from the food and box. It was also swimming in the grease.
I just didn't get the Latin feel eating here. I could have made this all myself and it would have tasted a heck of a lot better. I feel as if I ate at an expensive Taco Bell. I wanted to take the food back but there was no point I would end up with the same ***.
I wouldn't recommend this location. Almost afraid to try any location besides the one I've been too.
