I BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS A FRONT AND IS BASED IN CHINA
In November of 2023, I purchased a jacket from this company in the amount of $114.99. After the first of the year, I continually contacted this company wanting to know the status of my order.
The tracking information continued to show me that IT NEVER LEFT CHINA. I asked them countless times for a refund and they would NOT comply. In April of this year, they told me the jacket was NO longer available and told me they would give me a "Gift Certificate" for the $114.99. NOW I ASK YOU...WOULD ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND ORDER AGAIN FROM THESE THIEVES???
NO!!! They continue to tell me they will not refund my money!!! I have contacted the Attorney General's Office in Phoenix Arizona (the location they WANT you to think they are based!!) and STILL I have not received my money back!!! EVERY BUSINESS SHOULD DISCLOSE ON THEIR SITE WHAT COUNTRY THEY ARE RECEIVING THEIR MERCHANDISE.
THIS JUST REITERATES MY DETERMINATION TO NEVER, NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CHINA AGAIN. THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES AND DO NOT DESERVE AMERICAN MONEY!!!
