I recently had the pleasure of using SA Capital Partners for my rollup strategy for my business, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the outset, their team demonstrated a deep understanding of the financial markets, paired with a genuine interest in my financial & business goals and risk tolerance.

One of the most impressive aspects was their customer service.

Maz Pawar and his team approached my startup in the fall of 22, they offered their services as a financial consulting firm and subsequently got us to pay a consultant fee of 2,500 USD on October 12th, 2022. The fee was paid alongside the signing of a contract: Statement of Work" That stated that the full fee would be refunded if Maz and his team were not able to provide us with an investor for funding by the end of January 2023. After the deadline passed we formally requested the refund that we were entitled to per our contract, however Maz and his team continued to delay and deflect, and this time on April 10th, 2023, Maz and his team ceased communications with any member of my time, and we have still not received the refund of our 2500 USD consultancy fee.

After a few phone calls and emails from SA Capital Partners, I signed an agreement and received back a signed agreement for services to be supplied by SA Capital Partners. I paid them the fee they requested in full on June 15, 2021.

After many emails and phone calls as we'll as me supplying all the documents they have requested, Maz Pawar and his associate John have not complied with one part of the agreement.

In addition, they do not answer emails or request to follow up on with the agreement.

I made this complaint two weeks ago and somehow SA Capital got it removed as resolved.

IT IS NOT RESOLVED!

They promised to refund my money and it was not done as they said they would. At this point, I do not think I will ever get the money back.

I hope someone will read this before he lies and gets it removed again.

This company is a total SCAM. Stole my money

On March of 2019, Maz Pawar of SA Capital LLC reached out to me inquiring about my interest in capital raising services his team could offer. The scope of work included: 1.

CIM and other supporting documentation so my startup could be presented to third-party investors 2. 1-page teaser summarizing the opportunity 3. A comprehensive list of prospective investors I could approve 4. Investor outreach 5.

Setup of call with potential investors 6. Regularly scheduled to update me on the campaigns progress 7. Weekly progress reports on investor outreach efforts The initial campaign was to run for 2-3 months with the outcome of SA Capital securing a few scheduled calls at the least. In the course of 9 months of trying to work with this company not ONE investor call was scheduled and only 3 weekly progress reports were delivered to me.

SA Capital supposedly relaunched my investor campaign in September of 2019 focusing on private investors only. The communication from Maz Pawar and John Paulson was even more elusive on the second round attempt of investor outreach and after November 13th all communication ceased from SA Capital with no updates or closure to my file. As stated by a previously complaint made on BBB.org they pitch deck they promised to rewrite was literally a copy and paste of documents and materials I provided to them without adherence to notes I provided to them on what needed to be updated. The investor list only included names of firms they said they reached out to.

The two progress reports we received had three fields which included the number of contacts in total they reached out, the number of those who requested more information, a number for those who were interested post receiving that info and a figure for those who declined to move forward.

Again, that weekly report was only delivered 3 times in the course of 9 months. SA Capital was fraudulent in their capabilities, poor in customer service and unethical in business practices.
