Preferred solution: no solution..wasted enough time..money not the issue...customer service is all that matters.

reading reports,I believe there's always 2 sides to a story,Ive been a machinist for 18 years for N.A S.A,how their doing their machine work is correct and the machines their using are VERY good,now what i'm wondering about are the employees who take pride in what their doing & doing what the company expects??? Ive been looking for awhile now for a good place,We have a lot of vehicles that need a quality engine.....

- - I have called repeatedly and still no refund.
- - Find another source for your engine.
S & J engines wont send core deposit back. I have called numerous times and have yet to get my 400$ back.
Find another place to get your engine from. As far as warranty goes they only pay 15$ an hour, what mechanic works for that?
