Double billing
My annual subscription was renewed after I received a notification that my subscription would be terminated. With the notice, I signed up for a monthly subscription and paid for two months, after which my annual subscription was automatically renewed.
I contacted customer service multiple times, and was advised that my monthly subscription would be canceled, yet this month they took my money again.
This is the worst customer service. The worst!
