I phoned in to suggest adding a black sole to Echo and other office-type shoes. The person I spoke with was very kind and attentive, and he escalated my request right up to the VP of Manufacturing. Very responsive and customer-focused!

To cancel one pair of the shoes I ordered
I brought the Slip on sneaker,the orange one.Iseewhyitwason clearance . It's not comfortable and squeezes the life out of your feet.
What women try on these the shoes and say " Made for Women, by Women?" Not true at all cause I wasn't the woman who tried them .
I will never order shoes on line or from Ryka!!! I really want a refund , I just waisted my money cause I can't wear these shoes.

Customer service rep was not helpful and had no interest in resolving my issue. Within seconds of placing my order I tried to change the address and was told it was too late and when I asked to cancel and reorder was told that time was up.
Literally seconds after I placed my order, I called to see if I could change the shipping address and was told no. I then asked if I could cancel my order so that I could reorder and have it sent to a different address and was told no.
There was zero affect in her voice and zero attempt to resolve my issue. Totally disappointed!

I have a cyst under my left knee and needed a good comfortable pair of shoes. Received the shoes a couple of days ago and they really helped my knee in walking.
The problem I have is that there is a plastic patch on the tongue of the shoes and I am allergic to latex. This has caused a lot itching on the top of my foot. I generally wear footies with my shoes as I live in Florida and full socks make it so hot.
That is my only complaint. They have really helped the pain in my knee.

I only want to unsubscribe from Ryka. Notifications, texts, emails come multiple times a day.
Ryka makes it very difficult to unsubscribe. I like their products. I have several pairs of Ryka shoes. I wont buy them from the website again and advise any customer to use a store.
They wont leave you alone if they get your contact info. Texts etc come several times a day.

Too many unwanted text
I bought 2 pair of shoes which I love however, I have requested no more text by phone x 3 also emailed which I continue to receive them. Customer service assured me my number would be removed months ago.
