Oh my goodness dragging your feet is not the way to go with the client.
I hired this company in June 2019. The company promised to return since over a month ago to replace a piece of wood that has *** in it.
(It is noticeable)
Contractors would never leave a "HOLE " in a porch floor. That's just crazy.
I hope the company sees the review and come replace the wood please!
Just do it like Nike!
I will come back and remove this review after the wood is replaced with the hole..
