Unfinished Job
We paid Ryan in full in October of 2019 for the completion of the steps going into the front entrance and garage of our new home build. As it was late in the year, Ryan could not finish our job as the temperature needed to be above 50.
Reluctant to pay him in full for an unfinished job, Ryan gave us his word we would be the first job in Spring of 2020 and we would be his first customer. After 5 months of texts and guarantees from Ryan starting in March to come finish, coupled with demands from our home builder to finish the job, Ryan has still not showed up to finish as of July 2020. Our home builder has now found another person to finish our job at no cost to us and has promised Ryan will no longer be supporting his business.
No matter what the response is from Ryan please contact me directly and I can walk through the entire process with text and email proof. BUYER BEWARE

After one summer of my stampcrete the surface started pitting and color flaking. When I contacted the owner he delayed us for months saying he would repair.
After calling and calling him he finally said he needed to contact his attorney and that he provided no warranty. We are now taking legal action.
Poor service and lousy product. Stay away.

This was caused by the customer choosing to apply sealer himself to save money and application error sealer was applied to thick trapping moisture not allowing water vapor to breath through causing freeze thaw damage. Customer was extremely rude even when I agreed to help him I chose not to continue working for this customer and would advise others to beware
