Placed an order in Feb. for items to use on a cruise. I am still waiting for the items. Back from our cruise on March 3. I'm so sorry I didn't read the review posted before ordering!

Absolutely terrible runaround with trying to return items that do not fit. Have ordered before and liked and kept everything from my first two large orders but this time when items don’t fit they won’t reply to request for return authorization form or return address.
I paid $144 US dollars and they offered me $40!
(And that was after my 6th request!). I may have even accepted a credit and made future purchases but with poor service I will never shop Ryabe again!
