This order was to be white glove delivery.
The delivery team was to take out of box remove packing materials with their truck.
They were to install stand on bottom of tv and place In the room of my chose and put on furniture stand. Plug in and hook up to one source.
This is right yes?
Well they wheeled it up to my front door and stood it on it end on box says dont do this.
For this I would like a 6 year warranty on tv.
Also for the trouble of having to hire my own team to complete the installation and hook up Tv and removal of all packing materials.
I would like a refund of $250.
Compensation is to me $250 refund and a six year warranty on the TV.

I have been in the door for 11 hours now still can't get in touch with the broker I booked this load with I think that's is this so BS going on with RXO but I will never pull another load for y'all I promise you that and y'all can keep that detention money.I will let all my drivers know to stay away from u guys because y'all are not right and treat driver like ***

I had a very bad experience and I've talked to numerous people at RXO. I'm looking for someone to acknowledge a request for not showing up prepared, then borrowing my tools to install (I paid extra), I was required to buy new hoses and they had them and took them back because they weren't needed, my tools are now gone, my kitchen was flooded, and one of the feet was found under a cabinet after it scratched my hardwood floors.
This was almost 2 months ago.
I've requested a supervisor and immediate resolution at this point. Claim #646535.

Order mix up - disaster!
The resolution team member was very nice and stayed calm. The experience as a whole is very unfavorable. From not being able to have all products delivered on the same truck to the installer no completely installing the fridge or texting ahead of time to the CSR I was forwarded to this weekend negating what I was saying.
User's recommendation: Make sure you try everything out in your appliance before you let them leave. We trusted them and payed the price of inconvenience and loss of parishables.
