Rx For Brown Skin - Order Delay Review

I've been waiting for my order that was suppose to be sent off by the 30 th of June. I called on July 7, 2014 and was told maybe the order was held up because I customized a kit. However, I was told the order was ready to go out. The order was mot received within 7 days, so subsequentlsubsequently again on the 15th of July and was given the same response. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were busy and one would call me back. It has been 28 hours and no one has returned my call. I love the product, but not the service. I'm considering switching to a product that I can have available within a scheduled time frame.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

First of all the products doesn't work. i used it daily, some products several times a day. IT didn't do anything for over 6 weeks. It actually cause more acne than i had originally. You would think that you would see some change in that time frame, but it didn't happen. Then when I tried the cancel and send back the unopened box that was delivered to get my refund, they keep sending it back. I called them back and asked why they were sending the box back after it was refused. I was informed that the warehouse doesn't accepted "return to sender" packages. So now I will have to spend more $$ at the post office on something that didn't work to get my $60.00 back. This is a horrible spam and PLEASE DO NOT INVEST IN THIS MESS!! IT'S NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY. THE CREATOR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF DOING THIS TO PEOPLE. THIS BUSINESS WILL NEVER LAST.

Dissatisfied with shipping and customer service reps

I have been using these products for about 6 months and they seem to work great for me. However, after the initial trial order, the customer rep. continues to get my order wrong and the products are never shipped as promised. I called on June 9th to find out when my next order and was told that it would be shipped within 7 days. As of today, I still have not received it. And they charged my credit card already. The customer service rep. told me that the products were on hold but I was never contacted regarding the late shipment. The customer service rep. was rude, laughed in my face, and told me the manager was unable to take my call when I asked to speak to him. This is the worst service I have ever received and will never order from them again and have asked for my refund. I wonder how long that will take.

I wasn't notified about being apart of informercial

I was part of the marketing study for Rx-Brown skin. After using the products we came back in took photos and were told that if we were chosen for the informercial that we would be notified and would be told what that meant. I never got any notification. Next thing I know 6 months later a friend text me telling me they are watching the informercial and see my pic. I text back that there must be some confusion. I never heard from them so it must be someone that looks like me. Sure enough I finally saw for myself that it was me after catching the informercial in the wee hours of the morning. I called 3 times but have yet to get a return call or response.

I have not received my second quarterly shipment of products as subscribed by RX for Brown Skin

I've had to contact RX Customer Service numerous times asking why they have not shipped my quarterly subscription. They are telling me they are out of one of the products and will ship when it is in supply. This shipment was supposed to be sent end of April '14. The first few times I called the first of May the company kept pushing my shipment day to May 5 then May 9 , etc. The 3rd time I called, I was upset and spoke with a manager who said they would not charge me and send the product free of charge. A week went by and still not product. I call again and Customer service still is saying they do not have the product and do not know when they will have it. I ask to get a Regional Managers number or headquarters nmber. They say the do not have one. I have yet to receive my products.

Incorrect product delivered every time

The shipping department is horrible. Each time I've placed and order, the wrong product was shipped to me. Trying to get them to send the correct item is unbearable. I am done with this company. The first time I placed an order the entire order was wrong. I called to have order corrected and was sent the wrong products a second time. How can you expect someone to join your elite service when you can't get orders correct and shipped timely. Susan Taylor needs to check on the vendor she's trusting to handle her product. She selling but not inspecting. Not good!!!

It's true i have the same problem but more terrible i never received my product but he charged me 3 Times !!! When i call us all Times he said ok no problem apologize we send you this now but no he didn't do that

Not Impressed at all!

I've been using Rx for brown skin for about 3 weeks now. If anything, my skin looks worse than it did before. It clogs my pores and creates numerous blackheads. Very disappointed. I expected better results than this. The exfoliating serum is a joke (does absolutely nothing), the daily cleanser still leaves gunk on your face, and the rest of the products that they send in the starter kit, does the same, absolutely nothing. Think I am going to go back to using Neutrogena products. I really liked Vivica Fox before the infomercial...now I am not so sure.

Chemical burn holes made on nose area!!

I ordered and used these products as directed, for the first three months after ordering. When I recieved my second round of products and began using them, it seemed like my skin began to go backwards and started getting acne, pimples, bumps and then of ALL things, a chemical hole burn on the bridge of my nose and my skin burned OFF at the end of my nose!! When I called to complain, they said someone would call me back. They didnt have an address or a person to direct a formal letter of complaint to about the products. I had finally thought I had found a Black skin product, that would take away acne and discolorations; but NO! Im now living with dark marks where those chemical holes are trying to heal, they even still show under my makeup!! Bull *** This is MY story....

Try their Acne prone skin products. The same thing happen to me and I discovered that it did not agree with my skin type. I switched th Acne regimen and I LOVE RX FOR BROWN SKIN........Good Luck!!

Products not deliveref

I ordered the products june 9 2013. My credit card was charged the same day. I was not given a confirmation email, and no type of correspondence. Today is june 29 and i have not received it yet. I was given a non working tracking number around june 18 because i sent a complaint email to customer service. They did email me back asking me to call customer service so they can assist me. I called and told them i still dont have the package and i dont want it. She said the reason it wasnt shipped was because they didnt have the bonus gifts they were offering on tv. I cannot get my money back even though they have not shipped the item. She even emailed me a return label.the label states that i have 30 days from that label issuance to return the package and request refund... There is still no working tracking number... no working tracking number.

If you credit card is from your bank just go and have just the charge reversed or have your credit card company you do not have it resolved

Undelivered Product and Delected Acct Order#---No Product but Taken Money Refund

Ordered Rx For Brown Skin June 30 3 Day Select shipment at $22.50 for $98 order..Total $132.50....1 week went by nothing ...Account charged on July 3 ...Called July 6 spoke with REP and Supervisor. Told no account is charged until processed. WRONG...Nothing was process or shipped and not even a notice if experiencing back orders. BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED. I was told to help correct the issue there would be a rush on the items that were not back ordered and would receive a discount credited back to my acct. NOT...Still nothing after 3 days..Called again and Account Order is not showing, address, name, zip code ..NOTHING....Suggested I fax a copy of my bank statement showing the order to have product shipped....I said, You mean "Refund my money! Took the FAX 213-23*-339 to send to Corporate to get my money refunded. BIG SCAM OR THEY HAVE PEOPLE USING CREDIT CARDS ILLEGAL....That's my opinon Now I have to go and FAX my personal information to GOD's KNOW WHERE---WISH ME LUCK!!! I will advise to think wisely before ordering from this company- Or any company for that matter when it come to online or over-the-phone purchases.....I ordered online with confirmation of my order....So I can use that for reference to try and get my money refunded. I have had the same bad experience with this company, my account has been charge, repeatly, for product not requested, for product not receive. Call their customer service was told account would be credited, never happens.

This company needs time be reported to the better business bureau for bad business procedure. Beware!!!!!!!!

I like to respond to the comment with advice to call with order# which I did initially which is why I knew the account was there but when following up a 3rd time is when I was told this not only 3 days apart. Thank you for trying to help.

I did everything within my power of requesting the help to resolve but was told to fax all personal information to some FAX number which found out later that I was given the wrong FAX# which led me to BBB to get some resolve rather than sending my personal information including bank info of my order to some FAX#.

BBB was able to intervene and I was refunded full payment or order as well was sent the order as promised prior to my finding out when following up with my order that my whole entire information was gone not in the system.

So now I'm satisfied and problem resolved and Action closed.

Sometimes companies have two systems where the accounts are not linked. You probably should call with an order number to elimate the mishap of the account not being found.

Unsatisfied customer of rx for brown skin.

Rx for brown skin is a complete joke. their product does not work like they claim. i've tried it for a year now with numerous calls to them complaining about the outcome and they said am probably doing something wrong for it not to work. i told them to show me the best way to use in order to get the result i desired but all their recommendation failed. such companies should be kicked out of the market because they are scams. it is a real shame. i am an unsatisfied customer and i am very pissed at them.

RX for brown skin 30day guarantee Scam

I was excited about this infomercial and tried the product. It totally did not work for me and actually caused more acne. I called within the 30 days to return. The consultant asked me several questions about my skin (funny they didn't do that when I called to order) and told me that I was probably using it too frequently. Told me she would change my ship date out 60 more days so that I could try the product longer using it this way. Still didn't work. When I called to send back and get my return, I was told that it was out of the 30day trial. If you don't like this product, they will do everything to get you to keep it and then not give you back your money claiming you were outside of your term. Beware, not a true guarantee.

The product also caused more acne on my face and I was so oily. They also told me I probably was using it wrong.

After a debate with the guy on the phone who didn't have a clue about skin, he cancelled my account. If you have oily skin Do NOT USE Rx for Brown Skin

:) :) i'm very sorry you lost your money...here's a tip i learned the hard way like you...when companies ask for cc i tell them i dont have one then ask if i can send them a money order. this why they wont debit anything.

if they so no i go to amazon...they have just about everything and they CAN be trusted...

i work for comsumer protection...what i'm seeing and hearing is the products often DO work...its just the handling of payments, returns etc... again, my advice is to go to amazon...sometimes you can get better deals and still get the the product...as far as the last two idiotic comments...ignore them
