Extremely poor response time to requests and iinquiries

Limited office hours during which calls are accepted.. Online interface strictly limits communication with doctors.

Voice mails are rarely returned and when they are returned from barely knowledgeable and barely coherent office personnel. Typically, takes a week to get a substantive response to a simple question. Entire system is designed to maximize profitability by shifting burden of every interaction to patient for convenience of providers.

Extremely disrespectful to patients to the detriment the entire experience. I always feel that I am minor cog in the vast RWJ corporate profitability machine.
