Information I down load in the appication

Trying to down information on app.it rejected the onoformation server also time .try to contact them with the # but no contact they say call 911.then try to contact them on sight then they want your credit card information and it said they will charge after they help.its there problem if there sight not working correct and want to charge me .not going happen.all the information I sent all correct information to them and it rejected the info.
