2017 trail runner water heater electrical short almost burnt the camper up 4 months old. I reported tge awning fabric was falling apart and seperating 1 month after i purchased the camper and the LED lights on the awning dont all work. Both issues were reported within 3 months of buying the camper new and both issues were denied under warrenty.
Camping World - They lied, deceived, addeded huge amount to sales price.
Bought camper for 18000, but when I got paperwork from bank it was 32000. They don’t return calls. They lie. Non existent customer service
Jayco - Bad air conditioner causing major damage
Air conditioner which was a big selling point for me when I saw the wall mount ac. Good idea bad choice in brand. Do not use the pd brand AC it puts more water to the inside than the outside. Under warranty or not when camping season cones around next year it will be replaced by. A fridgidaire brand. More btu and less leaking on you
Keystone Rv - Never again!

First trip out the hydraulic system failed. 14 days in a motel to get a temporary fix. Brought it back to dealer and waited 6 weeks for a new hydraulic pump and ram. Next trip, another hydraulic fiasco, the other ram needed replacement! This rv has spent more time in the shop than with us! Also, lots of other issues, wiring, ac's, flooring, you name it! What a mistake buying this Montana was!
