Complaint for processing claim

I have been renting my RV with RVnGO since Sep 2022. On 5 Dec 2023, my RV was in an accident caused by a renter from RVnGO.

This renter has admitted to full fault. I have been consistently trying to contact anyone from RVnGO to handle this matter. I have sent numerous emails and called their only phone number on their site. I have been very clear that I am looking for updates.

I have received few responses via email, and no response via phone. The emails have not been helpful. Online, my claim says it's in the intake stage (2/8 steps). It has been over 2 months and I need answers.

I have been compliant and very helpful by sending all information requested. I want to know what is being done regarding my claim, as I am prepared to get an attorney involved.
