I just returned after driving 5300 miles (round trip). The fine folks at RV Wholesalers took very good care of me. Exactly what I expected. I worked with Mitch in the sales department. I called him often to ask questions. If he didn't know the answer, he would do the research and get back with me. I expect great service and I got it. After my 4 month due diligence...I was glad to roll in and put my camper trailer away. Now to start planning my... Read more

Entered into a deal in May and was told RV would be ready in 10 weeks. 14 weeks later had to call them to find out it was there. Drove 13 hours to OH to pick it up to only be told they would not honor the amount for my trade regardless of the SIGNED contract. They were given many pictures and had more than ample time to ask questions. They were unwilling to meet in the middle with us and then refused to sell it to us. NEVER have I done... Read more

We wanted to buy a new travel trailer. The young man that showed us many was great. We wanted to think about it overnight. We signed some papers to hold it. After every paper was signed they were taken out of my hand immediately. The guy was standing over me grabbing them. Was ask for $1000.00 to hold it. Next day we decided not to buy it. NO REFUND OF THE MONEY. I was told it was papers I signed. After the fact yes it was. How in the *** can I... Read more

I drove 3000 miles round trip to pick up my new Sprinter. RVW price was by far the lowest. My trailer came in after 7 weeks I was told to expect a 6-10 week turnaround. I carefully read the contract after reading MANY REVIEWS. Naturally the terms are tilted in RVW's favor but the terms are fair and square. Walk through was thorough and pleasant and I had as much time as I needed to ask any questions. After the walk through the closing was quick... Read more

People here are right. I bought a small Forest River camper trailer from them. Don't buy from these guys unless you can take high pressure. All interaction on my sale was via e-mail. The sales/service staff were acceptable. I am forgiving them for having my special order sitting in the lot for 3 weeks without calling me. My walkthru person was actually quite good but everything turned to *** after that. The Finance Office turned on the HIGH... Read more

Just called RV Wholesalers to get my money back on my ExtraRide extended warranty which they pushed on me to buy when I purchased my trailer. They told me the company that had the warranty or the administrator went bankrupt and that I have lost the ability to get my refund, I never had one single claim. They told me I should have been notified so I could have filed a claim with the bankruptcy but I had never received any such notification and it... Read more

RV Wholesalers sells RVs at great prices. My brother got his there so I decided to check them out as well. But you must get everything in writing! Don't take their word for anything. Three things weren't straight up: 1. After my trailer was built my cost to have it hauled in was approximately $1000 higher than originally told. So I found a 3rd party hauling company. 2. I was told that I could get $500 off of a trailer if I used my own... Read more

I worked there. it was nothing but lies. I got tired of the lies. the Durnell brothers expected me to lie to customers and they'd lie to me. yet they got upset when I caught them in multiple lies. There's a reason why they are ALWAYS hiring. NO ONE stays around because it's all lies. What is one of the commandments Mike and Dave? THOU SHALL NOT LIE. you claim to be this super Christian but you can't take your own advice. i'd sooner pay 3 times... Read more

They lie out their teeth to get you to buy from them. If you have a problem, and we had several with our brand new HEARTLAND 5TH WHEEL, they don't want to know you. NEITHER RV WHOLESALERS NOR HEARTLAND were willing to stand behind their products. Leaking window, broken light fixture, back splash falling off wall, microwave didn't work, freezer door did not seal, handle falling off stove, TV antenna not wired correctly. The driver they hired... Read more
