Email account change

I have RRV Parky Pro but have changed my email address, so I can't get into the account. I can't cancel because I can't get into the account with the old email address, and I can't use the app for the same reason. When logging in, the app requires an email address, and since the old address is closed, I can't get the code they want to send to open the Pro account.

Avoid using this RV app.

We received an email notification that the RV Parky was going to auto-renew in a couple of weeks. Since we have been happy with RV Wizard to plan our trips, we decided to stay with the app that works well for us.

We did our due diligence to unsubscribe, but could not find the ability to cancel while logged into our account or in the subscription settings on our devices. It was also frustrating that there was no contact phone number for RV Parky customer service. The only option offered was to email. We sent two emails and one instant message requesting a cancellation of our account or assistance prior to the renewal date this month.

To date, 10/28/25, we have not received any form of communication from RV Parky, and the renewal fee was charged against our wishes. So how can we stop this rip-off?

I was charged $19.99 to my VISA for my subscription on April 26, 2024. I cancelled this subscription and have not received a credit to my VISA.
