- - The Rubio vacuum power keeps turning off.

I bought the Rubio vacuum and I absolutely hate it. The power keeps turning off.
The canister keeps opening so everything I just picked up is all over the floor or car again.
And the suction power sucks. I'm not sure how this company gets away with selling this product.

Poor suction of hand vac, too high a price, and have to pay S&H for defective vac

- - Ordered after the ad; vacuum had poor suction on full charge.

After seeing the ad on TV I was impressed. So ordered, and when tried after fully charging, this vacuum had poor suction.
In addition, I had ordered the attachments which also sent back as no point in keeping if wasn't keeping the vacuum. The price is too high, and I was charged S&H to return a poor quality item.
User's recommendation: I don't recommend Ruvio hand vac. The suction is poor and the price is too high. Have to pay S&H to return for money back.

On 03/05/2023 I bought a Ruvio Pro cordless vac from them,. The charger was DOA.
No support TI bought a second vac from a different suppler and that charger also charged my first vac. that means the first Vac's charger was defective-- arrived rDOA do not do busienss wirth rthwem DOA
