No support for DOA products

On 03/05/2023 I bought a Ruvio Pro cordless vac from them,. The charger was DOA. No support TI bought a second vac from a different suppler and that charger also charged my first vac. that means the first Vac's charger was defective-- arrived rDOA do not do busienss wirth rthwem DOA

User's recommendation: do not do business with them.
