Didn't deliver and didn't notify me
I selected flowers and after they added $19 onto the price which they said was a service fee I ordered them. I never heard from the recipient so I sent an e-mail to the company only to learn that they were unable to fulfil the order (despite their on line ad) and never bothered to notify me.
I would have gone on thinking the person had received their flowers. Flowers are for a specific occasion.
It's too late now. It's so unacceptable and irresponsible that they didn't bother to call me.
