Very disappointed order wig and never received it, was told

Never recieved my wig. Ask for money back she stated "we have a policy "when you return the product we will return the money , but the thing is she never sent the wig. Ripping people off of their money.

My daughter bought me a wig for my birthday and they took so long to ship it. I called several tines and they said it would be there soon. When i finally got the wig there was no combs and there were straps that werent completely finished. My daughter work overtime to pay for this $450.00 wig. I was highly upset and when i called about it, they never returned my call. ***!! Never ever order from that store. Dont do it, its not worth it! Bad bad people

my daughter ordered me a wig because I was recovering from cancer. she worked really hard for the money to get one of their wigs. Their wigs are so expensive you think they would give you good service. they took forever to call back. They didn't send the wig until two weeks later. The wig straps weren't fully done and the wig didn't look like the photo. and they never pick the phone up.It was so upsetting to me because my daughter paid so much money and they wouldn't even allow for you to return it. very bad service. I beg of you, don't ever buy wig from them. bad service and the cost of the wigs are way over priced. I cried because my daughter worked so hard to get that wig for me.

Just be cautious about using this site. I've seen rumors that the store is closed but the website is still collecting people's money.

Twice I've ordered from Ruth's beauty shop and received unacceptable service. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. They won't send your product or refund your money. They'll reply months later apologizing still without sending the product and still without giving you a refund. They offer you 50$ off your next purchase when they haven't even sent the first purchase. Worst business ever. Please do not do service with them. The only way to get your money back from doing service from them is to call your bank and report it as a fraudulent transaction. They're a scam. I have no idea how their business is still in service. Their wigs cost too much money to treat their costumers this way. It's infuriating.

WARNING!!! do never ever purchase anything from Ruth's beauty shop!! I placed an order on 7/22/16 which I never received. It was a custom order costing 426$US, order N 6869. I waited 6 weeks and still had not received an update order status or shipping information. I tried every way possible to contact the company: by mails, by phone, through their official website but I couldn't get any response. I asked for a returned if the product is unavailable… However I didn’t get any answer from Ruth’s beauty shop. I have all the documents proving this review. I purchased a unit on Sep 20, 2016 tried to expedite the unit was told they only expedite clearance units so I was sent a unit that was longer in length but it started to shed so i returned the unit still no response no exchange no refund nothing the women seems to be very nice but they just have bad communication skills I love their units and I purchased from them once before and had no problems but I just had a bad experience with them this time so I will not purchase from them anymore sometimes we just have to let go and let God by the way it's October 18, 2016 and I still have not heard from them so I reported them to BETTER BUSINESS Bureau hopefully I will get a response

I ordered a full lace wig (about my 10th purchase) from Ruth's Beauty Shop on 7/21/15. I waited a week and still had not received an updated order status or shipping information. I contacted the company on 7/29/15 and was told it would ship that day. However, it never shipped. I contacted them on 7/30/15 and was told that the color of hair I ordered was out of stock in the length I wanted so they offered a longer length in my color preference for an additional $50. Um, NO! I explained I was leaving for vacation in 2 days and needed my order before then. I was told they could waive the fee and it would ship that day.....Still nothing. No shipments, no updated order status. I then requested my a full refund on 8/3/15 since I never received my order. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for me to receive my money back in my account. I periodically checked my account through the week and still....NO Refund. I emailed customer service again on 8/7/15 and was told the refund process would be issused today, but it would still take an additional 3-5 to post back to account. And here it is Thursday 8/13/15 and I have not received my MONEY ($379.00). I called my bank to launch an investigation into this charge on my account for a purchase that was never received and fraudulently taken from my account. I remember purchasing a wig from them years ago and although it did arrive (late), it was in terrible condition, and the owner of Ruth's Beauty Wigs was extremely rude although she was the one at fault for sending a wig in poor condition. Another customer on a wigs forum received her items (in poor condition as well), sent the wigs back although the owner denied giving a refund, Paypal refunded her the full amount.

I think her store has gone under since she runs a shady company and doesn't deliver as promised.

She probably didn't send you your item because it wasn't in stock in the first place, she tried to do a bait and switch on you. I hope your bank or paypal gave you back your money in the end (I know this review is old).

I had the same exact issue. I call my credit card company and filed a disputed.

They never shipped my item! I will never again shop at Ruth beauty shop.

I have not purchased from them since, my sister made a purchase last month and they never sent her the wig she ordered. The best online site hands down is premier lace wigs. Don't be afraid if you don't like the pics on premier lace, just YouTube the wig name to see the actual customer review and install of the wig.

I'm currently having the same issue with this company! I placed my order on 7/22/16 and all I can get as a response ( if I'm lucky enough to get one) to my requests is a bunch of lies " we're so sorry...

your order will ship the 9/23/16" and STILL nothing !!

This company is the worst!! Did you get anything from them after all?

29,2016, and still waiting.

I call and call no one answer. I contact my bank and filed a dispute and an investigation into the charge on my account for $505 for a purchase I never received.

EVERYBODY STAY AWAY FROM RUTH'S BEAUTHY SHOP THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT, NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR EMAILS. I HAD TO DO A PAYMENT DISPUTE THRU MY BANK.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO THEM I HAD PREVIOUS ORDERED 6 WIGS IN A 3 YEAR PERIOD.

IF THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS THEY SHOULD STOP TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY....NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I WILL READ REVIEWS AND CALL THE NUMBER PROVIDED BEFORE I EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY VEBDOR AGAIN.
