The salesman I had an appt with at Rusty Eck Ford was Drew Anderson, not Andrews. My apologies to all the Drew Andrews.
I set up an appt.
with Drew Anderson for 10am 3/22/2023. He texted and emailed to confirm the appt.
When I got there, he couldn`t be found. Also, I was NOT able to order the truck that he assured me he could order.

Salesman blatantly lied
- - Spoke with Drew Andrews about ordering a 2023 Maverick.
- - I arrived for the 3/22/2023 appointment; he wasn't there, and ordering a truck wasn't possible.
Called and spoke with salesman Drew Andrews at Rusty Eck Ford in Wichita, KS. I asked if I could order a 2023 Maverick truck.
He assured me that I could, so we set up an appointment for 10am 3/22/2023. Drew Andrews sent a text and an e-mail asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did. I arrived at the dealership just before 10am, but Drew Andrews couldn`t be found.
Also, I was told that, in fact, I could NOT order the truck. A *** way to run a business.
Preferred solution: Explanation of what the *** was he thinking. I don`t want to do business with them now.
