Salesman blatantly lied

He assured me that I could, so we set up an appointment for 10am 3/22/2023. Drew Andrews sent a text and an e-mail asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did. I arrived at the dealership just before 10am, but Drew Andrews couldn`t be found.

Also, I was told that, in fact, I could NOT order the truck. A *** way to run a business.

Preferred solution: Explanation of what the *** was he thinking. I don`t want to do business with them now.
