Order

I still haven't received the missing pieces of my order. I was told it was being sent out. However, it been day and no package nor has it been any type of confirmation as to what's being done to resolve the issue.

User's recommendation: Not a good first impression.

A wonderful company to do business with. I talked to person not a machine, my question answered by a competent pleasant employee that I could understand. I will definitely use Rustico again. When the products arrived I was amazed at the quality and workmanship.
