Hi there, Im writing in regards to the New Caney location. I spent $54.00 on door dash in your establishment, and Im bringing to your attention unfortunately the quality of food I received tonight.

Im a loyal customer and order frequently with no issues ever. BEST PIZZA EVER! Tonight, however, 11/21/23 I received uneditable completely burnt pizza. I called the restaurant, (not wanting to complain or give anyone a hard time, understanding mistakes happen,) I explained to them how the pizza was uneditable and my little

Boy wouldnt have even been able to eat it.

The lady asked if I could come and pick up a new one, but I couldnt leave my house. She transferred me to Jeff who was kind enough to send us a replacement. Upon arrival he was sincere in his apology, and we were sorry we had to be bear of bad news. We explained we appreciated his kind gesture and gave him back the uneditable pizza with a tip for him being so kind in fixing his customers issues.

However, when opening the new pizza box, we witnessed burnt pizza, black on the bottom, black on the crust. We wanted to bring this to your attention because we LOVE Russos, and want to continue being loyal weekly customers. We wanted to bring this to your attention so that we can continue being a loyal Customer. I had taken pictures of both pizzas.

Unfortunately we had money down the drain and was unable to eat the second one. I wanted yall to know this for future customers. If you would like to see the pictures, please email or reach out and I will gladly show you what was given to us tonight. Please advise and please reach out.

Yeah, that is some overcooked pizza you got there.

Forgot to add, you should have called the store back and explained you received a second burnt pizza and if a new one was not able to be delivered that night, you would place in freezer for when they could deliver a new one or when you could return it to the store.

Unfortunately it was already closed, look at the time of the receipt. They were done closed or else I would have lol

Oh ok I just re read your message, yeah I could have. I’m also going to reach out to corporate though. It sucks cause I really like them, and I want to continue supporting them, I want them to fix it so I can keep eating the yummy pizza when it’s actually good lol but yeah it was so bad my 6 year old couldn’t eat it.
