Our personal experience

We purchased a refrigerator from Russell's of Neillsville in Neillsville Wisconsin. When we paid for it on 7/29/23 we were given a receipt for "an open account.

" We were given a reprint receipt on 8/28/23 when they installed it. On 10/1/23 I called saying you could hear water running every time you shut the door and there's no water hooked up to it. Since that call, Russell's has been very rude, disrespectful, not helpful, lied, even the owner Travis hung up on me. Jordan set up a technician appointment for us and no one came or called, the model/serial numbers the store had didn't match the company, Jordan didn't actually do the things she said she did or was going to do.

Our refrigerator was never registered with the company. Mandy was very rude and disrespectful told me that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator so I needed to knock it off. Jordan said she would have Travis the owner call in the morning. I called 2 days later and explained things to him.

To which I was hung up on.

We paid for the refrigerator, waited 30 days to get it, have had it 34 days and it's acting up, and Russell's of Neillsville is being less than cooperative, rude, disrespectful, and not helping us. I guess as first time buyers, we can say, we're last time buyers and we will not recommend this store or Crosley product to anyone.
