I would never rent from this company again. They do not make repairs nor show up when supposed to.
I have rented for 11 months still have no AC nor heat. When I refused to pay I was served an eviction notice.

Cody Adams
I talked with Cody on the phone about a listing he had and he was very unprofessional and dishonest. He tried telling me that he paid more for a property than what was listed on the assessors web page as the sells price.
When I explained that reporting a different sells price to the assessorthan the actual sells price would be illegal, he then stated that maybe that the price listed on the assessors web page was correct.
Guy is not a straight shooter and I would run far away.

My husband & I rented the property from Cody Adams at 3200 Bea Ct for over three years and was very satisfied. Not only with his prompt attention to any concern that arose but his professionalism and sincerity.
He was the best landlord we could have asked for. The house was a great place to rent while we saved our money to purchase our own home.
It is in a great location with many amenities. We loved the neighborhood so much, that when it was time to purchase our own home, Cody was able to find us the perfect home in the same neighborhood.

Slum Lord! Asked about the mold we seen in the property and agent asked us to leave.
I called Cody Adams of Russel Adams realty about the property he had for rent at 3200 Bea Court, Land O' Lakes, FL. He was extremely unprofessional on the phone, but I thought maybe he was not a phone person.
We met at the property, we looked at the property my husband asked a few questions regarding the ac unit and the agent lied to us. We were going thru the house and myself and my husband asked about the mold we seen in the master bathroom and bedroom closet that they tried to cover up by paint. The agent said you guys can leave now.
Seriously you are renting a house with mold? Illegal!!!
