I don't understand why i would be given 2 hospital referals when all my teeth were in bad shape at the same time. And an important link with my email appointment reminders that doesn't work

Original review updated Jul 20, 2024
2 appointments needed to get a hospital referal correctly.1 lot of information given at my 1st appointment.A different lot of information at the 2nd appointment.A receptionist telling me You might not get seen in reply to my question Will 1 of you call me if i'm called up?This was in relation to me wanting a roll up with 7 minutes to spare. At the 2nd appointment i was told You will need 4 extractions & i was shown an xray of 2 of my teeth. On my out i was handed a referal-hospital phone number with a convicing suggestion to use it.I was given a warning for ticking a wrong box or two.Which happened at a time i had to use my manners

Preferred solution: An implant
