Numerous times I have received an email and went online right away to find the Special sale Gun was out of stock, they advertise guns they dont stock. Thats a bad way to lure customers to your website to sell them a more expensive gun, the stores are more money IF they have the Gun in stock, the same time within an hour of the sale. Special ordering at the store they will inform you that it can take up to 14 days and they may not get them... Read more

I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup in the Bloomington IN store. After waiting and waiting I finally called online several times who then told me to call the store. Finally got someone (after 2 tries) who really did help me. Come to find out when they checked even though it said the boots were in stock, there was only 1 boot in the box. I had to cancel and re-order online to ship to home and paid $20 for overnight shipping. Still not... Read more

I saved up 399 dollars to buy a 2 man fishing boat...but when i went to order it, they wanted 402 just to ship it...thats 801 for this boat walmart has for 535...how can they advertise 399 and charge 403 for shipping? Thats bad businesz

I know this is for complaints but I wanted to give some positive feedback. I have been going to the new store in cross lanes wv ,it has always been clean even the restrooms...I have used the layaway at Christmas and was not a mess like Walmart/kmart

Was at the newly opened Front Royal, VA store and redneck Walmart it is. The customer service manager was barking at a fellow worker, while he was pretty much doing nothing. I actually brought it to his attention that he needed to learn how to talk to his cashiers nicer and he proceeded to tell me I was wrong. I've went to rural king in Farmington numerous times I like shopping there the associates are friendly an some are helpful, but it seems everytime I'm there this particular assistant manager is there too, I recently found out her name is Kyle she is very rude and unprofessional with the employees and other customers she doesn't have a problem talking culver when employees and customer are around! Went to the spring hill location. Was very impressed the location was very organized and customer service was spot on... I live in inverness will go back to spring hill. Crystal river location very unorganized as well the employees have no desire in helping customer. Feel like im wasting there time. They need clean out whole store and start over. Like i said spring hill location was perfect. Will be back to shop. Read more

Do not buy an animal from Rural King. We have RESCUED multiple Guinea Pigs from there and they have all had issues. Ranging from Intestinal issues to Ringworm. They do not screen their breeders and sell sick and pregnant animals. They sell animals for cheap because they know they can get away with it.

My first experience at the Marysville rural king was today January 19th, I was greeted as soon as i walked in by a lady at the service desk, not a store i would normally go to . But the friendly service i received , i will go back ,

These people are horrible at getting something right I ordered one they send something similar and won't do *** unless I pay for shipping again don't buy from these people
