I'm trying to contact someone about the race that I paid for and i didnt recieve absolutely anything that I ordered. Please let me know about this and what can be done, I really would like to get my stuff that i ordered.

- Staff directed me the wrong way and laughed.
- Bib 89, please look up and adjust my time.
I was running a 8k which turn into a 10k due to poorly marked course and staff that was rude and made me go the wrong way during my race he told me go a that way and I did then I came back and he was siting down laughing, it was very disrespectful. I was on track to be first , until theses wrong turns .
Other people took wrong turns as well , bib 89 look me up and change my time . Thank you for hearing me

Very disappointing you cannot get a real person to talk to you except via text and then they want five dollars if you really want a solution no thank you. All I really wanna do is change the email on my account and it will not let me. If Im registering for a race and I can edit my registration its still grayed out where I cant put my new email.
Always with Customer Service talking to a real person is the most important and thats how you get a five star

- Registered June 6 2025 for Bill's Beer Run.
- Oct 2025 event.
- Please confirm status and refund $250+;I paid and ran hurricane makeup race in 2025.
I registered on June 6th 2025 for Bill's Beer Run rumning in October 2025. Manasota tract club tells me registration opens today July 1, Am I truely registered for this event ?
If not I need a refund of the 250 plus dollars spent. Wonding if it went toward the hurricaine makeup race in early 2025.
I have already paid and participated in that event. Help please.

After years of registering for races I couldn't register . Difficult to get through. System sucks; very frustrating.

Email/payment issue
- Tried to register for a Springfield IL 5k; cards were declined.
- Using my husband's email worked; I need a reset to use my email.
I tried multiple times to register for a 5k in Springfield il.
It would not take my credit cards - I tried multiple- I contacted the credit card companies and they stated the issue was on runsignups end. I used my husband's email and was able to register- using the same payment method i tried using with my email.
I need it reset so I can use my email to register moving forward.
Good communication received which is what I wanted ‼ They explained the reason for the apparent unusual sign-in attempts had an to do with faulty location signaling, my account was fine! ,
