This company doesn’t do anything fight!
They have an inferior product a non existent customer service who actually mocks you and no intentions of resolving any issues. If youre looking for running boards, it would be wise to look else where!

Damaged Boards
Purchased my boards on a Monday and received them super speedy on Wednesday same week. But, they were damaged. I filled out a damage report and followed up with a phone call and spoke to a nice gentleman who said someone else will get back to me. That someone is Isaac, I have been waiting for him to reach out to me so I can receive my new boards and return the damaged ones. I called them again and after an hour on hold I reached another car who told me the same thing. I have to wait for Isaac, it is amazing that I can order, pay, and receive shipment across country faster than a call back from Isaac. At this point I would prefer a refund and buy from another company. Horrible customer experience, and you would think during this time of Covid that companies would be increasing their customer care. Guess not here. They were super quick to take my money.

JUST GOT SCREWED WITHOUT A KISS, AS I SEE OTHERS HAVE ALSO!
Purchased running boards 6-15-2020 , Received them about 12 days, OH Boy, Try to install WRONG MOUNTING BRACKETS. And what I am seeing it looks like they have a bunch of idiots as employs, as well as management, correct!! When doing business with RUNNING BOARD WAREHOUSE, be sure and go to the pharmacy first and get plenty of VASELINE, YOUR GOING TO NEED IT!!! We all have learned the hard way. I am going to see what the BBB can do, along with the credit card co. I should have known most business operating are the shady side!!!

DO NOT buy anything from them
My husband and I bought some running boards from RunningBoardWarehouse. We received them in decent condition. The box had some gashes in it, but the boards were fine. We took off our old running boards, and since they were old a nut busted off and they became un-usable. When we tried to install the new boards the brackets and screws did not fit my truck, even though they asked me what make and model of vehicle I had. I reached out to the customer service department. First time no response, Second time they asked for pictures. They said they would talk to the manufacturer to why the brackets would not mount to the under carriage. Then we did not hear anything. We reached out to RunningBoardWarehouse two more times and no response. Now, we have no new running boards and now no old running boards. I have a tall truck, and it is hard for my wife mom and daughter to get into my truck. I will NEVER buy from RunningBoardWarehouse again. Absolutely horrible customer service ever. Now no one will respond to my emails about returns. Will not respond to phone calls either. Now I’m stuck with the wrong stuff. DO NOT buy anything from them.
